Government stimulus checks. Since the announcement of this little nugget of "green gold" confusion and misunderstanding has not been very far behind.
"When are the checks getting sent?"
"Whats the last two digits of your social security number?"
"Did you have your refund direct deposited?"
All questions I have fielded in the past weeks countless times. What a program. Someone wasn't thinking clearly when they discussed the "how do we get the money to the people" By the sounds of it, program manager most likely said,
"Eh, minor details my good sir. We'll figure something out" *sigh*
Don't get me wrong, I am excited for "free money", however as a 22 year old living on my own I have acquired some "debt", and instead of stimulating the economy I am pulling myself towards even. Really then, who all is going to use the check to splurge on objects, who all is going to conserve it, who is going to debt pay, who is going to use it so they only have to pay just an arm, instead of both it and a leg for gas?
Fun
Oh yeah,
GO PENS!

difinitly bills. But we don't expect to get one. We've both been screwed out of these things one reason or another in the past...
There are so many things that I've considered splurging on with both this stimulus check and my regular tax refund, but the guilt got to me and I put almost everything in my savings account. [Almost. I did buy myself some new video games.]
My check definitly went to bills and it didn't help all that much. 300$ isn't all the much when you have massive amount of student loans and credit card debt to pay of because haha I went to college.
